Slater Vecchio is a top 10 personal injury law firm, according to Canadian Lawyer Magazine.
Founding partner Michael Slater, Q.C. recently claimed the 2013 TLABC Bar Award. And cofounder Tony Vecchio earned his Queen’s Counsel appointment last year.
As Canadian Lawyer Magazine writes, “One defence lawyer, who regularly clashes with the firm, singled them out for praise: ‘They give me a serious run for my money, fighting the good fight, without alienating defence counsel in the process. If I was seriously injured, that’s where I would go.'”
It’s not about getting the maximum number of people coming in the door, but about how you deal with people,” says Mike Slater. “Our best referrals are our previous clients.”
Slater Vecchio is the only firm in Western Canada to receive this honour.
