Slater Vecchio   /   Careers   /   Associate, Class Actions

Slater Vecchio has established a growing class action practice and is actively expanding its foot print in Quebec and BC, now and in the long term. We have filed a wide range of class actions, including claims concerning cartels, government actors, systemic abuse, product liability, privacy, and others. See a full list of our class action practices here. We have offices in Vancouver and Montreal and are looking to hire a lawyer to work with and contribute to our class action practice in our Montreal office. This is an exciting opportunity to work across both civil law and common law jurisdictions while embracing the culture and values of a small firm.

As the successful candidate, you will have 1-5 years of general litigation experience, ideally with some past exposure to class action work.  You will be fluently and proficiently bilingual (French/English), be a member of the Quebec Bar, and have your common law degree although current membership in any common law province is not necessary.
