A settlement has been reached and approved by the Court in the related Ontario action Shriqui v Blackbaud, CV-20-00648565-00CP. This settlement covers all Canadians.
As part of the settlement, the British Columbia action Whitmann v Blackbaud, S-207965 has been discontinued.
