A Canada-wide class action settlement has been approved to resolve the allegations in the following class actions:
None of the allegations have been proven. The Parties have instead reached a voluntary Settlement.
A Canada-wide class action Settlement has been approved to benefit many current and former owners and lessees of the following Hyundai-, Genesis- and Kia-brand vehicles (the “Settlement Class Vehicles”).
If you own/ed or lease/ed any of these vehicles, you may be a Settlement Class Member.

The opt-out deadline was November 3, 2025. If you did not opt-out of this settlement on the administrator’s website, you are now bound by the terms of the settlement.
