François Pariseau

François is a passionate and committed lawyer, with particular expertise in administrative law, constitutional law and class actions. With a bachelor’s degree in law from UQAM and a master’s degree in common law and transnational law from UniversitĂ© de Sherbrooke, he has a solid and diversified legal background, enabling him to approach complex cases with a nuanced perspective.

Over the course of his career, François has acquired significant experience in litigation and legal research. He has represented public and private corporations in complex cases with a national law firm, and honed his legal analysis skills as a research lawyer with the Honourable Mark Schrager at the Quebec Court of Appeal. Committed to access to justice, he also was president of UQAM’s legal clinic while completing his bachelor’s degree.

Known for his rigorous mind and commitment to excellence, François is also involved in research, with work on subjects such as environmental law and natural wine. In fact, if you want to discuss the legal nuances of natural wine, he’s the right person for the job – but be warned, the conversation could last longer than an appeal court case. In his spare time, he immerses himself in books on philosophy or plays tennis. Determined to provide quality legal representation, he combines expertise and empathy to serve his clients with integrity.
