Nicole M. Kelly

Nicole Kelly joined Slater Vecchio in 2010 and became a partner of the firm in 2018. Nicole is a member of the firm’s class action practice group where she advocates for survivors harmed by institutional abuses. Nicole has extensive experience in mediation, arbitration, and trial advocacy.

Nicole is a member of the editorial board of CLEBC’s British Columbia Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Practice Manual and has lectured and presented at courses on procedural and practice management topics for CLEBC. Nicole is a strong advocate for women in law and a proud presenter at the Women of Class Summit for leading female class action lawyers and the Washington State Association for Justice WOW Retreat.

In addition to her work in class actions, Nicole’s practice is devoted to cases involving injury and trauma suffered by children from lack of supervision, neglect, sexual abuse, school and recreational injuries, and motor vehicle or other accidents. Nicole is honoured to represent and assist injured children and their families and guardians in pursuing their legal rights.
