The class action against Microsoft Corporation and Microsoft Canada Inc. has now been certified.
A proposed Settlement has been reached with the defendants. This Settlement will now have to be approved by the courts. The Settlement Approval Hearing will take place on July 29, 2026.
If you do not want to participate in the Settlement, you must complete and send an Opt-Out Form by Friday, July 17, 2026 (the “Opt-Out Deadline”) to class counsel by email or by courier at the addresses listed on the form.

Please note that if you opt-out by the Opt-Out Deadline, you will not be entitled to participate in the Settlement.
