Charlotte K.B. Harman

Charlotte specializes in class action litigation on a wide range of issues, including environmental, human rights and constitutional law, consumer protection, product liability, competition, securities, indigenous, and labour and employment disputes. She is a member of the BC, Alberta, and Ontario bar associations and represents clients across Canada as both plaintiffs and defendants.

Charlotte carries a dual degree in civil and common law from McGill University Faculty of Law, and a BA in Global Development from Queen’s University. She completed a further graduate degree in Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability from the University of Toronto in 2021, winning the President’s Award for her thesis discussing sustainable business practices in the legal industry.

Charlotte began her career at one of the country’s leading full-service firms, where she practiced primarily in class action defence. She transitioned into prosecuting class actions full-time in 2019 and served as counsel at several of the leading class-action boutiques in Toronto and Vancouver before joining Slater Vecchio.

Charlotte est profondément engagée en faveur de la durabilité environnementale et de l'impact social. Outside the office, Charlotte pursues a life of adventure. She spends her time touring the backcountry of Canada and remote regions of the world. Her many passions include hiking, surfing, yoga, food and cultural exploration.
